Here’s what’s coming from the mind of me this year:
Sociosophy.com [status: live] – This project is a Social Media experiment, reviewing the sites that keep us coming back to the Internet to share more, transforming us from consumers into contributors.
Fillosophy.net [status: planning] – This project is an experiment in creating an online webisode, centering it’s topics on society, politics, religion… and pretty much everything you’re not supposed to talk about at the dinner table.
n-re-k.com [status: in design] – Now a redirected URL, yes, that’s right – I’m centralizing, but only to simplify. The new URL is photography.enrique-gutierrez.com, which is lengthy. I’ll probably post n-re-k.com everywhere still, but that does nothing for people who actually know my name & want to Google for my photography.
sameCow.com [status: in design, researching] – I’ve always wanted to mess with FLEX and the API’s of Twitter and Flickr, this will be an experiment that dips me into those technologies. The idea came about during a meeting for a more serious project CrisisWire.com.
unbloq.me [status: live] – This project is the basis for a simple CMS application I’m developing in PHP leveraging MySQL. I’ve developed frameworks in C# before, and have dipped into PHP programming and reverse engineering WordPress, Elgg and a ton of other apps. They’re bloated. I need something lightweight, and scalable… So, the live fire example is unbloq.me
meme2.net [status: in development]- Here we have an example of me trying to wrap my head around FLEX, hit and miss, this project has been, but hopefully I’ll get there. Charts & data in FLEX are supposed to be a cakewalk, but if you want them to look the right way & act the way you want, that’s another story.
El Ladron 2 [status: on hold] – This is a spoof movie production, movie project. Though the movie is actually being made, as well as the movie poster, the behind-the-scenes footage/photos, etc… I’m going through the motions of Hollywood, in promoting a movie… I released a trailer, which is more a teaser than anything else. The closer this project gets to the end, the better. It could use a real story/script I think though. Just for grins.
