This was unexpected, to say the least…
Tonight Twitter was taken down by something … interesting. At least it appears to be that it was taken down, or someone decided the old Fail Whale just wasn’t good enough. Check out the screen grab from when I went to http://twitter.com (note – http://www.twitter.com simply failed to resolve all together)
Update: I don't know if the "Iranian Cyber Army" is real, nor did I try to verify the email address in the image, I can't translate what was in the image either... But - the fact that the site looked exactly like the above image is 100% real; I don't have time to make this kind of stuff up... (for those wondering)
